FREE 4-Hour Fabric Analytics Engineer Workshop!
Who doesn't like FREE stuff?!
Well, since Microsoft kicked off the "giving season", by providing 5000 free vouchers for taking the DP-600 (Fabric Analytics Engineer) exam, I've decided to follow in the footsteps and help these people who obtain this voucher (and others without the voucher of course) master all the skills necessary to complete the exam successfully.
If you're wondering what the DP-600 exam is in the first place...It's officially the most popular Microsoft data-related exam ever! As announced during the Arun Ulag’s keynote at the recent #FabConEurope, more than 17.000 learners cleared the exam in less than 9 months (the exam was introduced in beta in January 2024)! Hence, we can rightly assume that this number is probably closer to 20k in the meantime.
I've shared A LOT of DP-600 materials, articles, videos, and other learning resources in the previous months, and delivered numerous free and paid DP-600 trainings (including the one at the aforementioned #FabConEurope, together with my friend Shabnam Watson). But when I saw the Microsoft initiative to give away 5000 free vouchers, I was thinking: how can I support these individuals on their journey of becoming a certified Fabric Analytics Engineer?
Therefore, I decided to run a FREE 4-hour live workshop and cover (or maybe it's more fair to say: try to cover), all the skills necessary to successfully complete the exam!

I literally mean - everyone! Never mind if you are a female, male, seasoned data professional, or just starting your analytics journey, have the voucher or not, live in country X, or country Y...EVERYONE is welcome to join the workshop!

December 13th, Friday (what can possibly go wrong🫣😎) 2024, at 5 PM CET (Central European Time, or Vienna time if it's easier for you). This will hopefully allow people from different time zones to join live

HOW CAN I JOIN?
There are two options:
If you DON'T WANT to receive training materials, you can simply join live on YouTube or LinkedIn. This way, you don't need to provide any details, such as email address, for example.
If you WANT to receive training materials, you have to register for the event at: https://learn.data-mozart.com/products/live_events/dp600free . The reason is very simple: I need your email address to be able to share materials after the workshop.
WHY SHOULD I ATTEND?
Don't get me wrong, Microsoft learning materials for the DP-600 exam are great (much better than for some previous exams)! And, to get the free voucher, you MUST complete the learning modules. And, that's absolutely something you SHOULD do, and I encourage you to do that, regardless of the vouchers. Also, there are many other great learning resources, such as Learn Microsoft Fabric channel from Will Needham, and you should check them as well.
However, sometimes we need to hear someone talking about feature A, or concept B, to be able to achieve that "A-HA" moment. At least, this is how it works for me:) Additionally, you can ask questions during the live training and get instant feedback or clarification. That is, in my humble opinion, the key benefit of live training. Since there are already more than 1700 registered participants, questions will be handled by the fabulous team of community experts, who happily agreed to support this initiative.
